1. Controller
IIHCS LTD, Company No. 15856142, Unit A10, 829 Bizspace Business Park, Kings Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 2AL, United Kingdom. Email: [email protected]. Where we publish an App for a client, the client may be the controller. If so, the App's store listing and in-app notice will say who the controller is.
2. Data Apps may collect
| Type | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account data | Name, email address, password (hashed) | Creating and securing your account |
| User content | Text, photos or files you choose to create or upload | Providing the App's features |
| Device data | Device model, OS version, app version, language | Compatibility and troubleshooting |
| Diagnostics | Crash logs, performance data | Fixing bugs and improving stability |
| Usage data | Features used, session length (aggregated) | Improving the App |
| Push token | Device notification token | Sending notifications you turned on |
| Purchase info | Purchase status from Apple/Google (no card details) | Unlocking paid features |
Apps collect only what each feature needs. The exact data types for each App are listed in its App Store “App Privacy” section and its Google Play “Data safety” section.
3. Device permissions
Apps ask for permissions such as camera, photos, microphone, location or notifications only when a feature needs them, and explain why at that moment. You can turn permissions off at any time in your device settings.
4. Tracking & advertising
Apps do not sell your personal data. On iOS, Apps track you across other companies' apps or websites only if you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If an App shows ads, its Data safety section and store listing will say so, and on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings.
5. Third-party services
Apps may use service providers that process data for us, such as Google Firebase (authentication, database, crash reporting, cloud messaging), Apple and Google in-app purchase systems, and cloud hosting. These providers may only use the data to provide their service to us.
6. Retention & deletion
We keep data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the App or through our account deletion page. We delete account data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Access is restricted and logged.
8. Children's privacy
Unless an App is clearly made for children and follows Apple's Kids Category and Google Play Families rules, Apps are not aimed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Apps made for children do not use behavioural advertising or third-party analytics that identify the child. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (UK/EU GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws), you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. We do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. UK users can complain to the ICO.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, where required, tell you in the App.
