Discovery & quote
You send the app (TestFlight / APK / AAB or source access), a description and your target stores. We review it against the App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies and send a fixed written quote.
Pre-submission audit
We check crashes, broken links, placeholder content, sign-in requirements, account deletion, in-app purchase rules, permissions and how your app's data use matches its disclosures.
Accounts & signing
We help set up or get access to your developer accounts with the right role, then configure bundle IDs, package names, certificates and Play App Signing.
Listing & compliance
We prepare the metadata, screenshots, age/content ratings, App Privacy labels, Data safety form, privacy policy URL, support URL and account-deletion URL.
Testing
The app goes to TestFlight and Google Play closed testing. Where Google requires it, we run the testing period for new personal accounts.
Submission & review
We submit, keep track of the review, and answer reviewer questions. If the app is rejected, we fix the issue and resubmit.
Release
We release your app manually, on a schedule or as a phased rollout, and check that it can be found in the store.
After launch
We keep the app running with updates, renewals, reviews and policy changes. This is included in Launch Plus for 30 days, or ongoing with Care.
What we need from you
Your app
A release build or source code, plus test login details if your app requires sign-in.
Business details
Legal entity name, address, D-U-N-S number (for Apple organisation accounts) and a support email.
Data use
Which SDKs you use (analytics, ads, crash reporting, payments) and what user data the app collects.
