We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or profiling on this website.

4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Google (Firebase Hosting), which hosts this website and processes server logs;
- Apple and Google, when we submit your app to their stores on your instructions;
- our email provider, accountants and professional advisers;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some providers (for example Google and Apple) may process data outside the UK. In that case we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Enquiries that don't lead to a project: 12 months. Client project records: the length of the contract plus 6 years. Accounting records: 6 years, as required by HMRC. Server logs: up to 30 days at our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to how we process your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
8. Security
We use HTTPS throughout, limit access to people who need it, use two-factor authentication on developer and email accounts, and share credentials only through secure channels.
9. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 through this website.

11. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we will tell clients by email.
