1. About us
IIHCS LTD is registered in England & Wales, company number 15856142, registered office Unit A10, 829 Bizspace Business Park, Kings Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 2AL, United Kingdom. Email: [email protected].
2. Our services
We provide app publishing, store compliance, store listing, review handling and app management services. The scope, price and timeline of each project are set out in a written quote. The project begins once you accept the quote in writing.
3. Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own or have the rights to the app, its content and all assets you give us.
- Your app must comply with the law and with the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies.
- You must give us accurate information about your business and how your app uses data.
- You are responsible for your developer program fees and for the content and behaviour of your app.
4. Store approval
Apple and Google make all review decisions independently. We do not guarantee that an app will be approved, stay listed, rank in a particular position or earn any amount. If an app is rejected, we will handle resubmissions as set out in your quote.
5. Fees & payment
Fees are as stated in your quote. Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Monthly Care plans renew every month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
6. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel a project at any time by email. You will pay for work completed up to that point, and we will refund any prepaid fees for work not yet started. If you are a consumer, you also have your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cancellation period (reduced by the value of any services already provided at your request).
7. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your app, code, brand and content. When we have been paid in full, you own the deliverables we create for you (such as store copy, screenshots and policy text). You give us a limited licence to use your materials only to provide the services.
8. Account access
Where you give us access to your developer accounts, we use it only for the agreed work, follow least-privilege practice and stop using it when the project ends or when you ask. You may remove our access at any time.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the project, unless the law requires them to disclose it.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited. Otherwise, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or data, or for indirect loss, or for decisions made by Apple, Google or other third parties.
11. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Its content is for general information. We may change or withdraw it without notice.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a project is the one in force when you accepted the quote.
