1. Licence
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. On iOS, this is subject to the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Restrictions
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, sell or redistribute the App, bypass its security, or use it in any unlawful way or to infringe anyone's rights.
3. Accounts & content
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for content you upload and must have the right to share it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this EULA or the law.
4. In-app purchases & subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's refund policies.
5. Privacy
Our App Privacy Policy explains how the App uses your data.
6. Disclaimer
Apart from rights you have by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. If the App does not match its description, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or loss of profit from using the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
- This EULA is between you and IIHCS LTD only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App does not meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging any claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with any third-party terms (such as your mobile data agreement) when using the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
9. Google Play
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If they conflict with this EULA on how the store is used, the Google Play Terms take priority.
10. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you break this EULA. When it ends, you must stop using the App and delete it. You can end it at any time by deleting the App.
