Delete your account & data

How to request deletion

Option 1: in the app. If the app has accounts, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: by email or the form. Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”, or use the form. Include the app name and the email address or user ID linked to your account. Send it from that email address so we can check it is your account.

What is deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, login details)
• Content you created in the app
• Device identifiers and push notification tokens
• Support messages, unless we need to keep them for a legal reason

What may be kept, and for how long

• Purchase and transaction records required by tax law: up to 6 years (UK HMRC)
• Records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or to deal with a legal claim: only as long as needed
• Backups: overwritten within 30 days

Timing

We confirm your request within 3 working days and finish the deletion within 30 days. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, so please cancel them in your App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
